It’s broad enough … WebBJJ wipes out my whole evening. 30mins to drive to training, 1hr30 at training and 30mins to get home. When you get home at 6pm, eat a light dinner and go straight to training, your evening is completely gone. Home at 9pm sweaty and exhausted. Its a great feeling when its the only extra curricular thing you have to worry about.
