WebTo grow the six "dwarven" plants, you will need an underground farm plot. The seeds and spawn available to your dwarves at embark will only grow underground. Underground farm plots must be placed on soil or muddy stone. Soil quality will be decreased when building a subterranean farm on anything other than a muddy cavern floor. WebSelect a suitable site for the farm plot. The farm should be on above ground soil, or below ground. Ideal sites are normally 3x3 or 5x5, but any rectangle of bare earth is suitable.
