How to measure your goal performance
WebYour KPIs will be determined by the goals you set, and they should be able to provide the full picture as to how your business is performing. You want to avoid choosing more than 5 KPI’s as it would become too difficult to actually track performance, but choose too few and you won’t have the picture. 3 or 4 KPIs is the sweet spot.
