WebWeird sound glitch where everything sounds like an underwater earthquake. I don't know how to fix it. I've restarted TF2, verified the cache and even reinstalled it but nothing works. Does going into console and doing snd_restart help? Might not, but worth a shot. Hmm, that is peculiar.
