My chops were just bog-standard supermarket ones (reduced) just slightly under an inch thick, & I followed the instructions to the letter - except only frying them for 3.5mins each side (that was a bit scary!) then allowed them to rest. WebbAdd the pork and fry for 2 minutes over a high heat. Toss in the onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
