Webb18 jan. 2024 · Here, we report the chloroplast genome of allotetraploid C. ×hytivus and its diploid parents via sequencing and comparative analysis. The size of the obtained chloroplast genomes ranged from 154 673 to 155 760 bp, while their gene contents, gene orders, and GC contents were similar to each other. Webb1 feb. 1993 · The complete nucleotide sequence (134,525 bp) of the chloroplast genome from rice (Oryza sativa L.) contains four rRNA genes, 30 tRNA genes, and over 100 genes that encode proteins. However, expression of only a few of these genes, namely psbA, rbcL, and atpB/E, has been detected.
